Call for Proposals: Elimination of gender-based stereotypes and promotion of women’s active role in all aspects of a society

UN Women Office in Serbia is inviting civil society organizations (CSOs) registered in Serbia, that have gender equality, women’s rights and/or anti-discrimination set as one of the organization’s goals in Statute and have specialized knowledge, expertise and track record of working on gender equality and/or empowering women, especially vulnerable groups of women to submit project proposals.

This Call is launched to support the elimination of gender stereotypes and empower women to become active members of the society under the EU funded project “Support to Priority Actions to Gender Equality in Serbia, phase II“. 

CSOs are expected to submit proposals that will include community-based initiatives towards increasing public awareness on the significance of gender equality, breaking gender-based stereotypes and supporting the active involvement of women in socio-economic development.
