Results of the work with media on prevention of violence against women and girls 2016-2021 Compendium
The Compendium covers the work of the UN Women Bosnia and Herzegovina with media over the past five years, during which crucial steps have been taken to improve media reporting in the field, in four areas: (1) detailed analyses were carried out on media reporting and assessment of knowledge of media professionals in working on these topics, (2) trainings of media professionals were conducted, (3) contribution of editors to greater visibility of this social issue in the public was strengthened, and (4) cooperation and networking between the media and other stakeholders providing protection from violence against women and girls in BiH was improved.
