20th anniversary of resolution 1325 on women, peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina cover page

In November 2020, the Agency for Gender Equality of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees, together with UN Women, OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Office of the European Union Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina organized an online conference to mark the 20th anniversary of UN Security Council resolution 1325 on women, peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This publication gives an overview of the online conference, and the discussion among the key stakeholders in the country and the region on the achievements and new challenges related to security of women and girls, and their inclusion in decision-making; as well as provides an overview of key results of the implementation of resolution 1325 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
