Call for Proposals for strengthening CSOs and academia in gender data analysis

Submission deadline: 08 May 2024

Civil society as well as academic and research institutions are UN Women’s important constituencies, which play a vital role in data-driven advocacy for Gender equality in Georgia. However, they often lack resources and sometimes specific knowledge to analyze gender statistics and translate the findings into policy recommendations.  To capacitate on the one hand CSOs in data collection, analysis and interpretation, and on the other hand, academic and research institutions in Time Use Survey data analysis, UN Women seeks for a partner research organization.  The overall aim of this partnership is to increase the capacity of local universities, research organizations and CSOs to collect, analyse and use gender data from various sources and translate it into advocacy campaigns, evidence-based actions and policy recommendations.
