The Unstereotype Advertising Playbook 2022
The Unstereotype Alliance is an industry-led initiative convened by UN Women in 2017 to end the harmful gender stereotyping often perpetuated through communications. It is a thought and action platform that uses communications as a force for good to drive positive change. The Alliance is focused on empowering people in all their diversity (gender identity, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, age, ability, sexuality, language, religion, education, body-size, and more).
Unstereotype Alliance Turkey Marketing Communications Playbook is a tool aimed at providing practical advice on how brands and companies can combat stereotypes in their communications, and catalyse the movement toward realistic and progressive portrayals of all people.
