Legal Education Guide for the Civil Society Organizations on Protection of Women against Gender Based Violence and Domestic Violence

The Legal Education Guide is drafted based on international standards and instruments that guarantee women’s rights, and provide basis for legal protection for violence against women, sexual violence and domestic violence, including the review of the national legal framework in Kosovo.The Guide is defined as a source of information that aims to serve as an education tool for gender equality and as an advocacy material against violence againt women and domestic violence. The legal educational guide articulates a profound understanding of violence against women, through an explanation of international law commitments enshrined in CEDAW and Istanbul Convention.
