Call for Proposals: Capacity development of Kosovo Roma Ashkaly and Egyptian Women's Civil Society Organizations, Women’s Rights Organizations and Networks (Only for Kosovo)

UN Women is inviting Roma Ashkali and Egyptian women’s civil society organizations (CSOs) , women’s rights organizations and networks in Kosovo[1] to submit proposals on building capacities of Roma Ashkali Egyptian women on advocating for the development and implementation of laws and policies in line with CEDAW and the Istanbul Convention and strengthen their voices against early marriages and gender discrimination in Kosovo to contribute to the implementation of the Programme Ending Discrimination and Violence against Women: Implementing Norms, Changing Minds. The Programme aims at ending gender based discrimination and violence against women, with a particular focus on the most disadvantaged groups of women, in the Western Balkans and Turkey.

Organizations that wish to participate in this Call for Proposals are requested to send all required application documents in one email to info.kosovo@unwomen.org indicating in the e-mail subject: EVAW - CfP EVAW Capacity development of Kosovo Roma Ashkaly and Egyptian Women's Civil Society Organizations, Women’s Rights Organizations and Networks in Kosovo.

By 8 September 2017, 17:00 (Kosovo local time).

Proposals received after the date and time may not be accepted for consideration.

UN Women will acknowledge receipt of the applications through a confirmation e‐mail. Only those short listed shall be considered and further contacted.
