Call for Proposals: Support of Roma women to identify their needs, claim their rights and increase their access to services for survivors of violence

UN Women is inviting civil society organizations (CSOs) that work on promoting Roma women’s rights and gender equality to submit proposals to support Roma women to identify their needs, claim their rights and increase their access to services for survivors of violence. The proposal will contribute to the implementation of the programme “Ending Discrimination and Violence against Women: Implementing Norms, Changing Minds” in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. 

Organizations that wish to participate in this Call for Proposals are requested to send all required application documents in one email to info.mk@unwomen.org indicating in the e-mail subject: EVAW -CfP EVAW Support to Roma women.

By 25 May 2018, 17:00 (Skopje local time). 

Proposals received after the date and time may not be accepted for consideration.

Organizations that have already received financial support within the programme “Implementing Minds, Changing Norms” cannot apply. A single CSO cannot receive more than one grant during the lifetime of the programme “Implementing Minds, Changing Norms”.

UN Women will acknowledge receipt of the applications through a confirmation e‐mail. Only those short listed shall be considered and further contacted.

This Call for Proposals does not entail any commitment on the part of UN-Women, financial or otherwise. UNWomen reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Call for Proposal without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the reasons.
