The Implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combatting Violence against Women and Domestic Violence in Montenegro

This report was produced as a result of the cooperation of 4 leading non-governmental organizations providing specialized support services to victims of domestic violence: Women's Rights Center, Women's Safe House, SOS Phone for Women and Children Victims of Violence - Nikšić and SOS Phone for Women and Children Victims of Violence Podgorica. In creating the report, organizations relied on their own experiences of offering support to women and child victims of family violence, and from information gathered during accompaniment of women and children during procedures/trials conducted after lodging a report of experiencing violence.
