Short Description: 

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics to utilize blueprint and modelling techniques and take the business plan to the next level


Session Objectives:

  1. Outline a path for moving from current state to future state
  2. Strengthen mindset, confidence, and breaking free of fear 
  3. Map unique values and how to stay true to business ideas and strategic positioning when starting, scaling up and/or expanding businesses
  4. Explore different aspects and styles of business blueprinting and modelling  
  5. Strengthen time, business model planning and resource management

Co-creation Session II: Branding and Marketing Reloaded

Short Description:

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics on the best ways to utilize branding and marketing techniques for a business


Session Objectives:

  1. Outline a branding and marketing path for moving from current position to future position
  2. Create business branding and marketing assets that can be adopted and upscaled
  3. Develop a brand persona and branding strategy
  4. Develop a 7’Ps marketing plan

Co-creation Session III: Entering Value Chains

Short Description:

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics on the best ways to enter demand-supply and value chains


Session Objectives:

  1. Insight into international markets and sector expertise (how to sell to big buyers and to sell overseas) 
  2. Explore different aspects and styles of supply chain modelling
  3. Chart the ecosystem for partnering with existing supply chains & networks and recognize shared market patterns and trends 
  4. Develop a supply chain strategic plan 
  5. Introduction to Gender Responsive Procurement (GRP)

Co-creation Session IV: Digital Sales and E-Commerce

Short Description:

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics on ways to drive digital sales and e-commerce growth


Session Objectives:

  1. Understand how to better connect and engage with customers in the age of digital transformation
  2. Explore different skills to nurture online relationships, ramp up digital sales and increase customer loyalty  
  3. Develop an e-commerce strategy 
  4. Create a business online/e-commerce portfolio and page

Co-creation Session V: Management, Financial Goals & Resilience Building

Short Description:

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics on ways to better manage businesses, attain financial goals and build resilience to pandemics and crises


Session Objectives:  

  1. Explore the many sectors of business management
  2. Explore traditional methods of financing vs new innovative methods  
  3. Explore the different financing routes (e.g. Business Angel (BA) investment, Venture Capitalist (VC) investment, Crowdfunding, Bootstrapping, Enterprise Investment Schemes, etc.)
  4. Access tools needed to manage financing products and services
  5. Add anti-crisis and crisis resilience measures into business planning 

Co-creation Session VI: Pitching Perfectly

Short Description:

Interactive training and co-creating session on a set of topics to perfectly pitch your business plans to private sectors and business investors


Session Objectives:  

  1. Learn how to develop a business pitch with given training and templates 
  2. Develop confidence and skills in presenting/pitching to an audience
  3. Explore tactics to deal with biases/stereotypes, challenges and pushbacks/unconstructive feedback (that women entrepreneurs commonly face) 
  4. Understand how to identify investors to pitch to 
  5. Define the 5Ws and How to pitch (5 W’s - who, why, when, what and where)  

Power of Networking

Short Description:

During this session participants will hear from women entrepreneurs on the impact of networking and best to network. This will be followed with a one-to-one mix and meet through an exciting matching speed networking booth

 

Pitch Mentoring Clinics

Short Description:

Women entrepreneurs will prepare winning business pitches for the “Pitching Finale’ with the support of professional business and entrepreneurship development mentors

Short Description:

During the pitching finale, women entrepreneurs will present and pitch their business plans to a jury from the private sector, business and financial investors, and established women entrepreneurs
