Call for Proposal (CFP) for Responsible Parties Civil Society Organizations: Action Now, Result Now: Women and Youth organizations lead transformative actions to eliminate violence against women and girls(VAWG) in the Kyrgyz Republic/Output 3

EN UN Women seeks to engage qualified women-led civil society organizations (CSOs) and youth organizations to co-implement Output 3 of the Zero VAWG Initiative, focusing on digital communication, knowledge management, and public engagement to prevent VAWG. The selected partner will lead nationwide awareness campaigns, strengthen digital platforms and innovation, establish sustainable knowledge-sharing mechanisms with academia and stakeholders, provide capacity-building and small grants, and promote positive social norms through inclusive digital outreach.
Under the Zero VAWG Initiative, the UN Women Country Office seeks to engage qualified women-led civil society organizations (CSOs) and youth organizations to design and implement high-impact, community-based interventions aimed at preventing and responding to violence against women and girls (VAWG) in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Selected partner will be expected to contribute to the achievement of the project’s outcome and outputs, with a strong focus on community, institution-level transformation, capacity development, and promotion of positive social norms.
RU Структура «ООН-женщины» приглашает женские организации гражданского общества и молодежные организации Кыргызской Республики к совместной реализации Результата 3 инициативы «Нулевая терпимость к насилию в отношении женщин и девочек (Zero VAWG)» направленного на развитие цифровых коммуникаций, управления знаниями и вовлечение общественности в предотвращение насилия в отношении женщин и девочек. Отобранный партнер будет проводить общенациональные информационно-просветительские кампании, развивать цифровые платформы и инновационные решения, создавать устойчивые механизмы обмена знаниями с участием академического сообщества и других заинтересованных сторон, обеспечивать развитие потенциала и предоставление малых грантов, а также содействовать продвижению позитивных социальных норм посредством инклюзивной цифровой коммуникации.
The budget range for this proposal should be: Min. USD 235’000 – Max. USD 245’000
Proposals must be received by UN Women at the address specified not later than 17:00 Bishkek time on 26 July 2026.

Please note that selected Programme Partner will be assumed to have accepted al legal terms of conditions present in the Partner Agreement - attached. Besides, the selected Programme Partner will accept to register and seek for verification on the UN Partner Portal an online platform designed to streamline and enhance collaboration between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and various UN agencies. The UNPP is a joint initiative involving agencies such as IOM, UN Secretariat, UN Women, FAO, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOPS, WFP, and WHO with operational support from UNICC, aimed at simplifying partnership processes and fostering effective cooperation.
