Call for Proposals: Implementation of UN Women AI School Public Cohort in Ukraine

UN Women plans to engage a Responsible Party as defined in accordance with these documents. UN Women now invites sealed proposals from qualified proponents to provide the requirements as defined in the UN Women Terms of Reference. 

UN Women AI School in Ukraine initiative is a part of the “EU for Gender Equality: Together Against Gender Stereotypes and Gender-Based Violence” programme (Phase 2), funded by the European Union and implemented jointly with UN Women Ukraine and UNFPA Ukraine

UN Women Ukraine invites proposals from qualified Responsible Parties to support the implementation of the first Public Cohort of the UN Women AI School. The pilot responds to growing needs in women's access to practical AI skills, digital safety, and participation amid Ukraine's accelerated digital transformation during war and recovery. The assignment covers curriculum localization, programme delivery, communication activities, and evidence generation to inform future cohorts and guide scale-up. Un Women must receive proposal at the email addresses specified below not later than 23:00 Kyiv time on 15 February 2026.

The budget range for this proposal should be between USD 55 000.00 to USD 75,000 

Proposed budget should be submitted in Ukrainian hryvnia.

Please note that selected Programme Partner will be assumed to have accepted al legal terms of conditions present in the Partner Agreement - attached. Besides, the selected Programme Partner will accept to register and seek for verification on the UN Partner Portal an online platform designed to streamline and enhance collaboration between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and various UN agencies. The UNPP is a joint initiative involving agencies such as IOM, UN Secretariat, UN Women, FAO, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOPS, WFP, and WHO with operational support from UNICC, aimed at simplifying partnership processes and fostering effective cooperation.
