Deadline Extended: Call For Proposal for Responsible Parties to provide a capacity building programme and support local initiatives to strengthen gender-responsive peacebuilding and governance in the Security Zone

Through this Call for Proposal, UN Women aims to contract a company/organization or a consortium of companies/organizations, that will provide capacity building for up to 100 women and men from local governance and civil society in the Security Zone to enhance inter-community dialogue and cooperation around issues of common interest.
The programme will equip local community actors with the necessary technical skills and strategic knowledge to effectively contribute to creating more resilient, inclusive communities, fostering sustainable peace, and advancing local development.
The intervention is implemented under the project “Women’s Increased Leadership for Resilient and Peaceful Societies”, funded by Denmark, with activities in Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, and the ECA Regional Office. In Moldova, the project focuses on Ending Violence against Women, Women’s Leadership, and the Women, Peace and Security Agenda, contributing to the implementation of the UN Women Strategic Note 2023–2027. The budget range for this proposal is of up to 180 000.00 USD.

Please note that selected Programme Partner will be assumed to have accepted al legal terms of conditions present in the Partner Agreement - attached. Besides, the selected Programme Partner will accept to register and seek for verification on the UN Partner Portal an online platform designed to streamline and enhance collaboration between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and various UN agencies. The UNPP is a joint initiative involving agencies such as IOM, UN Secretariat, UN Women, FAO, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNOPS, WFP, and WHO with operational support from UNICC, aimed at simplifying partnership processes and fostering effective cooperation.
