UN Women plans to engage a Responsible Party as defined in accordance with these documents. UN Women now invites sealed proposals from qualified proponents to provide the requirements as defined in the UN Women Terms of Reference.
UN Women seeks a CSO to undertake policy advocacy and provide technical assistance for introducing and implementing gender-sensitive frameworks and services to address technology-facilitated violence against women (TF VAW) in the Western Balkans. The selected CSO will revise existing frameworks, introduce new provisions, raise awareness among stakeholders, and ensure alignment with global and regional recommendations. This includes working closely with government actors and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies.
Please note that there is Donor Specific Conditions embedded in the Call for Proposal Annex B document since this project is supported within the framework of the Contribution Agreement signed between UNDP, represented by UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office (MPTFO), UN Women and European Commission: “IPA III/2024/459-852 – EU4 Gender Equality – Women’s Economic Empowerment and Ending Violence Against Women (Regional, and Western Balkans)” signed on December 3, 2024.
As per Article 2.7 of Annex II - General Conditions of the Contribution Agreement, the obligations stated in this Agreement under Articles 2.9-Other obligations, 5-Conflict of interests, 7- Visibility, and Article 15-Archiving, access and financial checks apply, where applicable, to all Contractors and Grant Beneficiaries. Therefore, these articles of General Conditions stated in detail below apply mutatis mutandis to the partner.
The project is expected to be carried out between October 2025 and May 2027 tentatively, with a minimum duration of 12 months and a maximum duration of 18 months.
The budget range for this proposal should be Min.120,000.00 USD – Max. 135,000.00 USD.
