Handbook for youth on gender-based and intimate partner violence is useful manual that in a brief and concise way gives an overview of all forms of gender-based violence, as well as information on how to react in a situation of violence, how to recognize and report violence. Moreover, the handbook contains list of available support services of civil society organizations in Serbia that are competent in this field.

In the UN Decade for Action on Gender Equality, people around the world have pledged to move from rhetoric to action and to work together to drive lasting change, starting now. Through the 2021 Generation Equality Forum in Mexico and France, world leaders and partners committed to eliminating gender inequalities and to financing and implementing laws, policies, and programmes to meet priority actions and targets in a Global Acceleration Plan for Gender Equality. The aim is simple but profound: deliver irreversible, quantifiable results for women and girls in all their diversity.

The Awake Not Sleeping collection of reimagined fairy tales invites young readers, educators, or important adults in a child’s life to awaken curiosity about gender equality and building respectful and equal relationships. 28 fairy tales from across Europe and Central Asia offer ‘a sliding door’ in people's minds and can help change how people see and think about women and girls’ roles, rights, and leadership.

This report provides the results of the first youth-led regional campaign of UN Women, #YOUthdemand. Prepared by the national gender youth activists, the report highlights the demands of the youth across the region and summarise the #YOUthdemand Gender Equality session conducted at the Generation Equality Forum in Mexico following the social media campaign.

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) is an international legal instrument that requires countries to eliminate discrimination against women and girls in all areas and promotes women’s and girls’ equal rights. CEDAW for Youth is a youth-friendly version of CEDAW that describes CEDAW’s impact in advancing gender equality and human rights for women and girls around the world, summarizes the articles of CEDAW and specifies how to implement and monitor it.
