Based on survey findings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, this violence and discrimination is analyzed in the context of states' obligations to comply with anti-discrimination frameworks, such as national legislation, CEDAW, and the Istanbul Convention.
