This report showcases the findings of a research on attitudes, beliefs and behaviors of primary and secondary school students, university students and teachers towards Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It provides insight into young men and women's preferences and choices in terms of education and careers, and based on those, it proposes interventions to nudge girls into STEM.
Assessment of civil court decisions on the issuance of protection orders against perpetrators of domestic violence
The findings of the assessment reveal inter alia a very low number of protection orders issued in the conflict-affected Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. This points out to low awareness of survivors of domestic violence about this protection mechanism, as well as poor quality of the legal advice received in such cases. Additionally, the assessment results show that there is a high burden of proof imposed on survivors and that children witnesses of domestic violence are rarely recognized as victims of domestic violence.
Research of international and Ukrainian good practices on community policing and prevention of violence against women and girls
The research looks into how the implementation of good practices on community policing could contribute to prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls at the community level. This publication also provides recommendations to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and National Police of Ukraine on community policing and prevention violence against women and girls.
Digitally empowered generation equality: Women, girls and ICT in the context of COVID-19 in selected Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries
This study aims at identifying key factors and trends in the participation of women in the digital sector in education, career and entrepreneurship at a national level. The analysis concluded into country-specific recommendations to develop a set of national initiatives fostering participation of women and girls in the ICT sector.

The foundations for CME are based on human rights and gender equality. The process helps to address discrimination and to demonstrate the benefits of embracing diversity.
Vulnerability Study, Taxonomy and possible decentralization policy implications for vulnerable groups in Moldova
This paper is an account of vulnerable groups in Moldova and an expert assessment of decentralization's consequences for them. It classifies Moldova's vulnerable groups and presents national and international evidence to document their situation and problems. It discusses why each group is vulnerable and underlying causes for their vulnerability. The paper analyzes current policies and their negative effects on the vulnerable, provides an account of good practices and makes detailed recommendations going forward.
