The policy analysis includes gender and human rights analysis of normative and policy framework on decentralization, analysis of existing practices of provision of services in Amalgamated Territorial Communities (ATCs) for women and men, especially those in vulnerable situation, including in the context of COVID-19 outbreak, and participation of women in local development, from the perspective of GE and HRBA.

The report "OSH Profile and decent work in Kosovo: Gender Equality Perspective”, is designed to match the OSH profile key components and serves to the purpose of highlighting gender mainstreaming issues in occupational safety and health in general. This report assesses each OSH aspect, it key references on what types of questions to be asked to understand gender mainstreaming requirements in the safety, health, education, management and enforcement aspects.

The evaluation looks into the gender responsiveness and impact of policy design, implementation and monitoring and reviews alignment with the national policies promoting gender equality. The findings of the evaluation lessons will inform the development of the next post-2020 Roma strategy and action plan in accordance with the European and international standards, as well as the relevant national legal and policy frameworks, particularly those on human rights and gender equality.

This study investigates the need for new regulations on permanent alimony, the obstacles to the implementation of permanent alimony, and the issue of violence against women in cases with alimony claims. The report is based on the examination of 140 alimony and divorce case files in 11 provinces in Turkey. Discussions on alimony, legislation and doctrine as well as research and data related to those topics were also included in the report to provide a holistic analysis.
