This publication provides analytical conclusions and recommendations for state authorities on gender and human rights mainstreaming into different areas of humanitarian response in Ukraine.

With a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, relevant policy documents, and stakeholders’ interviews, this analysis examines sport and gender equality on a global and European level, connecting it to the context of North Macedonia. It examines the country’s efforts towards gender equality in sport and presents information on the current needs of women in sport in the country, through experiences of women athletes, sport managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

This brief provides background information on the root causes and risk factors that explain why violence against women occurs in the first place. This publication explores barriers to political participation of women in Bosnia and Herzegovina, outlines the activities of key contextual enablers, assesses to which extent political parties can be considered as gate keepers for participation of women in politics, explores the entry points for promoting participation of women in political and public life, and provides a deeper analysis of media and the presentation of women in politics.

The Project supports the effective communication of the mission and vision of the Committee on Equal Opportunity for Women and Men (EOC) of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, both within the parliament and with a broad range of external actors. The Project will provide opportunities to exchange experience with other parliaments internationally. It will also develop tools for the effective communication and cooperation of the EOC with gender equality advocates at the local and national level.
