The Gender-Responsive Budgeting (GRB) Resource Packs and Training Manuals by UN Women Europe and Central Asia provide key guidance for public officials and practitioners at national and local levels. Developed under the Transformative Financing for Gender Equality project, funded by Sweden.

The materials aim to strengthen the capacity of government officials, media, NGOs, and practitioners to integrate GRB into planning and budgeting. They offer structured training modules, practical tools, and expert guidance to mainstream gender in budget policies, ensuring accountability for women’s rights and advancing gender equality.
