Report on Permanent Alimony

This study investigates the regulations on permanent alimony, the obstacles to the implementation of permanent alimony, and the issue of violence against women in cases with alimony claims. The report is based on the examination of 140 alimony and divorce case files in 11 provinces in Turkey. Discussions on alimony, legislation and doctrine as well as research and data related to those topics were also included in the report to provide a holistic analysis.
