Selection of the CEDAW Committee Decisions

The publication offers a wide selection of the CEDAW committee's decisions that have been applied in cases of violence against women. The purpose of this document is to support the training of the judiciary in Montenegro in the application of international standards of ending violence against women and girls in domestic courts.
