Istanbul Convention Monitoring Manual

The manual encompasses key instructions for CSOs on how to monitor the implementation of the Istanbul Convention and report to GREVIO with specific sections for each article of the Istanbul Convention. The manual is comprised of four sections: Key information about the Istanbul Convention, an introduction to monitoring mechanisms and their uses, information on the GREVIO expert group and committee members, and the role of the non-governmental sector in the monitoring of implementation.
