Guidebook on CEDAW and Istanbul Convention

This guidebook provides general information on the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention), their provisions and how to interpret them. Moreover, the guidebook provides information on advocacy, including its methods and good examples from Turkish women's movement. Turkish translation of Istanbul Convention and CEDAW can be found as annexes at the end of the guidebook.
